What the role is

The trainee will support the development and integration of factory automation systems through hands-on involvement in design, build, and testing activities. This role offers exposure to real-world engineering projects and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to enhance process efficiency and system reliability.

The trainee will be exposed to various rapid prototyping tools through on-the-job training and under the guidance of an experienced mentor.

What will you be working on

The trainee will be tasked to perform a few of the following tasks:

* Assist in mechanical design and 3D modeling of automated equipment.
* Support system assembly, integration, and testing activities.
* Perform scientific and structured Design of Experiments, data collection, troubleshooting, and documentation.
* Collaborate with engineers in mechanical, electrical, and control system areas.
* Contribute to process improvement and validation tasks.

What we are looking for

Job Requirements

* Undergraduate in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
* Interest in automation, robotics, or system integration.
* Basic knowledge of CAD tools and programming (PLC/Python) preferred.
* Proactive and detail-oriented with strong learning motivation.

Key Competencies required

* Understanding of automation system design and integration.
* Skills in CAD design, system testing, and problem-solving.
* Familiarity with sensors, actuators, PLCs, and motion control.
* Enhanced teamwork, communication, and project execution capabilities.
