What You Do

* Provide operational support to the FX Options trading desk: manage funding, monitor risk, and prepare reports.
* Build and maintain a comprehensive database of FX options trade data.
* Collaborate with traders to automate trading signals and backtest trading strategies.
* Work with developers and quants to enhance the FX options pricing system.
* Maintain and upgrade VBA-based automations to boost desk efficiency.
* Consolidate market analyses to prepare for team meetings.

Who You Are

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
* Proficient in programming, particularly Python and VBA.
* A proactive learner with a curious mindset.
* Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Effective communicator and a team player.

Learning Objectives
