Help us get ahead of disease together with our Learning & Training team, 2026:

Education required: Current student enrolled in Diploma from an accredited local polytechnic, open to disciplines including Business, Information Systems, Engineering or Sciences.

Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a SG polytechnic for the duration of your internship and doing a full-time credit-bearing internship

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English

Internship period: September 2026 to January/February 2027

What will you do?

* The Training Coordinator Intern plays a key role in supporting the delivery of training programs across the GSK Singapore Tuas

* Involved in planning, organizing, and coordinating training initiatives to ensure employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to drive business success

* To work closely with various departments and stakeholders to identify training needs, manage logistics, archive training related documents and monitor relevant matrices

What will you learn?

Learning Management System

* Reporting and Analytics: Analyze training status and KPIs from LMS and / or SAP for tracking and trending purposes

* Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and follow up on LMS related issues, ensuring smooth operation and compliance

Training Coordination

* Serve as a point of contact for trainers, facilitators and learners

* Develop and maintain a training calendar to ensure timely delivery of programs across the organization

* Manage logistics, including venue booking, materials preparation, and technology setup for training initiatives

* Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant feedback

Learning Events

* Assist colleagues in planning site learning events and explore opportunities for learning journeys to other companies

* Support site communications related to training / learning events

What are we looking for?

* A lively interest in science, the commercial world and the biopharma industry

* Strong planning and organizational skills

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and other relevant software

* Proficiency in Microsoft Power Suite (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) and other relevant applications preferred

* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors

* Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training effectiveness and report on outcomes

* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to
problem-solving
