Data Analytics & Process Automation Intern (Inventory Management)

As an Intern, you will:
- Immerse yourself in the IP team's diverse work processes, including but not limited to:
>> Decision making in placing orders for spare parts
>> Analyzing spare parts usage patterns
>> Tracking & analyzing spare parts for project needs
>> Identification & targeted monitoring of high-demand spares
>> Tracking contract consumption and expiry
- Propose innovative solutions to automate tasks, enhance productivity, and streamline workflows.
- Develop data-driven solutions to support and improve decision-making.
What you can expect during the internship:
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management, including demand and supply planning, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Engage with real-world complex data and develop skills to analyze large data sets from Hive data warehouse.
- Master and implement cutting-edge digital and process automation tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, Python for data analytics, and Generative AI.
What we are looking for:
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Computer Science
- Able to commit to a 6-month internship
- Familiarity with Python programming tool: jupyter notebook
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation tool: UiPath
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools: Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Power Automate, Power Apps etc.
- Familiarity with Dashboard visualization tool: Power BI
