Job Description

Responsibilities

* Support business development prospecting by assisting with cold calling for new prospects and leasing enquiries

* Assist with market research and data collection to support the planning and execution of the intended trade mix

* Support the preparation of presentation materials and perform Excel data entry and basic analysis

* Assist with administrative tasks as required

* Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

* Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Real Estate, or any other related disciplines

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

* Able to deliver work timely and accurately

* Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks

* Detail-oriented, meticulous and willing to learn
