Responsibilities: -AI Capability Platform Support: Assist in building standardized AI capability integration and management mechanisms; support the seamless integration of LLM, multimodal models with content quality control systems to drive automation and human-AI collaboration efficiency. -Product Design & Iteration: Participate in product planning and iteration for core modules including moderation workbench, WFM platform, and knowledge base; assist in drafting PRDs, interaction designs, and feature specifications under the guidance of senior PMs. -AI Knowledge Engineering: Support the construction of intelligent knowledge production and retrieval capabilities using LLM/RAG technologies; assist in building the "production → evaluation → refinement" knowledge iteration loop for global moderation teams. -Data Analysis & Insights: Help build and monitor key metrics (AI adoption rate, automation coverage, per-capita efficiency, accuracy, etc.); conduct data analysis using SQL to support product and operational decision-making. -Cross-team Collaboration: Coordinate with algorithm, engineering, operations, and global safety teams to ensure smooth project delivery and effective communication

Ihr Profil:

Minimum Qualification(s) - Basic understanding of AI technologies such as LLM, RAG, and multimodal models, with a genuine interest in AI product design. - Fluent in spoken and written English; able to conduct meetings, presentations, and daily communication in English with global teams. Preferred Qualification(s) - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or related fields. - Proficient in SQL for data querying and analysis. - Strong logical thinking and documentation skills; able to produce clear and structured product documents.
