You'll make an impact by:

* Assist in the end-to-end procurement process for direct materials, from supporting requisition conversion to purchase order issuance.
* Aid in supplier engagement activities, including the creation and dissemination of Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) via digital platforms.
* Support the analysis of purchase prices utilizing both Excel and specialized digital tools to identify cost efficiencies.
* Contribute to supplier relationship management, assisting with supplier onboarding and performance evaluation within digital systems.
* Help maintain data integrity by regularly updating supplier and other critical databases on a monthly or weekly basis.
You'll win us over by:

* Diploma or bachelor's in industrial engineering, Business Management, Economics, or Supply Chain Management.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with digital procurement tools is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Able to commit a minimum of 3 months, preferably 5-6 months.
