Customer Success/AI and Automation Internship

Duration: 3 months (start date 6/1/2026)
Employment Type: Full-time 40 hours/a week
Working time: EMEA (9:00 - 17:30)
Salary: 1584 EUR gross/a month

An entry-level technical internship focused on supporting AI-driven solutions, data systems, and automation initiatives. The intern will gain hands-on experience working with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, GPT-based tools, and databases to help enhance reporting, automate workflows, and develop basic AI-powered chatbots. The role is designed to build practical skills while contributing to clearly defined technical tasks under close supervision.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
* AI & Copilot Development
* Assist with building and maintaining AI-based chatbots using Copilot Studio
* Support prompt design and testing using Copilot and GPT models
* Help improve existing reports and dashboards through AI-assisted insights and automation

* Automation & Data Support
* Contribute to automation of routine tasks and reporting processes
* Work with structured data sources and databases (basic queries, validation, cleanup)
* Support integration between AI tools, reports, and data systems

* Technical Project Assistance
* Assist senior team members on AI, data, and automation-related projects
* Follow technical documentation, standards, and company policies
* Perform controlled experiments and testing of AI features

* Research & Documentation
* Research AI capabilities, use cases, and best practices
* Prepare basic technical documentation, reports, and presentations

Job Contribution
An entry-level technical role focused on learning and practical application of AI and automation concepts. The intern contributes through specific, well-defined tasks, works under detailed guidance, and follows established procedures. Exposure and impact are primarily within the team or department.

Education/Experience
* Advanced level of English
* High school diploma desire
* 0-2 years of related experience or coursework in IT, data, or automation
* Basic understanding of
* Databases and data concepts
* AI tools or generative AI (Copilot, GPT, or similar)
* Scripting or automation concepts is an advantage, not required
