Job Description:

* Building and refining internal AI assistants (e.g., Gems), structuring and maintaining knowledge bases, experimenting with tools like NotebookLM, and improving AI-driven workflows through testing, prompt design, and performance analysis
* Creation and translation content to support the team with their clients and communication
* Assist in reporting and pipeline tracking to support performance monitoring
* Support the team with the creation, maintenance, and optimization of workflows in HubSpot
* Contribute to the creation, update, and improvement of dashboards and reports in Salesforce
* Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and updates of the team's internal website
* Help and support developing new processes or suggest ideas to improve the existing
* Other duties as necessary to support other teams within and outside the BU such as Network Growth, Customer Success for example

Qualifications:

* Foundational understanding of AI concepts (such as machine learning, data handling, and model evaluation), with curiosity and willingness to learn and apply emerging techniques in real-world contexts.
* Fluency in English (written and verbal) - other languages is a strong plus
* Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail
* Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment
* Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot is strongly appreciated
