YOUR MISSION

Louis Vuitton is looking for Retail Operations Advisor for our Mediterranean HQ in Madrid as part of the Retail Operations and Logistics team.

You will support the retail network across the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan & Turkey), working closely with Paris HQ, store teams, and suppliers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Retail Operations Advisor you will implement impactful actions in the following areas of responsibilities:

Purchase Order

* Follow up on purchase order flows for the retail network in the Mediterranean area.
* Issue purchase orders for various suppliers and countries in the Mediterranean region (Spain, Greece, and Israel).
* Follow up on invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing. Supplier Management

* Maintain regular contact with suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
* Look for opportunities to work with new suppliers and enhance supplier relationships.
* Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, partners, and third-party solution providers such as SAP and Concur.
* Conduct thorough analysis of expenses to identify trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
* Take part in and initiate projects aimed at improving existing processes using problem-solving methodologies. Perfil

REQUIREMENTS
You will succeed in the role if you possess most of the following skills and requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Availability for a 'contrato de prácticas'
Familiarity with SAP is highly appreciated.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong command of written and spoken English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proactive, curious, and autonomous in addressing challenges and identifying improvements
