We're looking for an HR Intern to join our Human Resources team at Grand Hyatt Barcelona starting in December 2025 for a 6-month full-time internship.

🌟 What You'll Be Doing

As part of the Human Resources team, you'll be at the heart of the employee experience, with a special focus on labor and administrative management. Your tasks will include:
* Actively contribute to the operational management of the Human Resources area, supporting key processes that directly impact the employee experience.
* Participate in tasks related to labor administration, document management, and support for internal processes.
* Collaborate on initiatives that promote efficiency, organization, and continuous improvement within the department.
* Develop an individual project focused on optimizing a specific aspect of HR operations, with real impact and practical application.
* Receive training in a dynamic, supportive, and growth-oriented environment, where every contribution matters

Ihr Profil:

🎓 What We're Looking For

* You're currently studying Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
* Available full-time for 6 months starting in December 2025.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Organized, proactive, and people-oriented.
* Able to sign a collaboration agreement with your university or school.
* Legally authorized to work in Spain or eligible for internships in the EU.
