A Day in the Life

At L'Oréal, your internship will be a real-world, immersive experience. You'll join a dynamic and diverse environment where you can develop your skills and contribute to exciting projects. Guided by a mentor, you'll have the opportunity to grow and make a real impact.
In the People Development & Learning (PD&L) area, you will:
* Organize and coordinate local training sessions and initiatives.
* Record training evaluations in the system, analyze results, and propose improvement actions.
* Support employees with the use of our intranet and learning platforms, offering creative ideas to increase engagement.
* Assist with onboarding new employees and ensure a smooth learning experience.
* Extract statistics, perform data analysis, and provide insights to the team.
* Support the team in planning and executing end-to-end learning events.

We Are Looking For Someone Who...

* Can sign an internship agreement with a Spanish university for a full-time (35 hrs/week), 6-month contract starting in September.
* Has a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Speaks English and Spanish fluently.
* Is enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn and grow.
* Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Is creative, innovative, and able to manage projects effectively.
No prior experience is required - just your motivation and entrepreneurial spirit!
