About the Opportunity

Are you looking to start your career in Clinical Research and gain hands-on experience in a global healthcare organization? We are seeking a Clinical Trials Intern to join our team in Prague, Czech Republic for a 6-month internship program.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about the clinical trial process, work alongside experienced professionals, and develop valuable skills in clinical research administration. What We Offer

* Structured on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced Clinical Research professionals
* Exposure to the end-to-end clinical trial process

* Clinical trial documentation and filing
* Supporting Clinical Trial Assistants (CTAs)
* Accompanying Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) during onsite and remote site visits
* Study start-up activities, including Ethics Committee submissions and contracting support

* Potential opportunity for future employment within the Clinical Research organization

Key Responsibilities

* Support Clinical Trial Assistants with study documentation management and filing activities
* Assist in maintaining clinical trial records in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
* Accompany Clinical Research Associates during site visits and support related administrative activities
* Provide support to the Study Start-Up team with document preparation for Ethics Committees and contract submissions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
* Learn and apply Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and internal procedures

Q

ualifications

Required
* University degree in a Life Sciences discipline (e.g., Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, or related field)
* Excellent communication skills in Czech (minimum C1 level)
* Good command of English, both written and spoken
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred
* Interest in Clinical Research and the pharmaceutical industry
* Previous internship or academic experience related to healthcare, life sciences, or research
