What tasks await you?

* Coordinating resources across departments and regions while driving process improvements;

* Supporting mass production introduction of new equipment, technologies, and products, and optimizing assembly line processes;

* Leading efficiency initiatives: manpower streamlining, layout optimization, cost reduction, and ergonomics improvements;

* Monitoring and enhancing production capacity, equipment standardization, and overall operational excellence (OEE, UPPM);

* Promoting lean manufacturing practices, including VSM, 5S, visualization, and continuous improvement.

You are the perfect candidate if you:

* Hold or pursue a Bachelor's degree in Engineering;

* Have strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, and can adapt responsibly to a fast-paced environment;

* Can work in English and Hungarian/Chinese.
