About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Brand Loyalty Internship to join Jumeirah Group and Corporate - Dubai.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
* Support the development and execution of brand loyalty programs to boost customer retention and engagement.
* Analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
* Assist in planning and running promotional campaigns and loyalty communications across email, social media, and newsletters.
* Monitor program performance, tracking participation, engagement, and other key metrics.
* Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor loyalty initiatives.
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure seamless loyalty program execution.

About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* Creative, detail-oriented problem solver.
* Strong leadership and team management.
* Solid project management skills.
