About this position

What you´ll do

* Drive structured and engaging cross-regional communication to support Adhesives Operation GCPM initiatives.
* Translate complex project management concepts into clear, visually compelling content.
* Support the preparation of monthly reports and community updates.
* Develop materials for trainings, webinars, and global sessions.
* Execute assigned tasks in alignment with supervisor guidance and project timelines.
* Support ongoing processes and operations within the respective Henkel team.
* Ensure compliance with Henkel's internal guidelines, policies, and regulations.

What makes you a good fit

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Communications, or a related field (recent graduate).
* Experience in creating structured and professional PowerPoint presentations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
* Basic knowledge of SharePoint and/or Power BI is considered a plus.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to translate complex information into clear and visually engaging content.
