THE TEAM
LN Studios is a team of collaborative, talented individuals dedicated to creating and developing artist-driven films and TV series, sharing groundbreaking musically inspired stories to audiences worldwide.
THE ROLE
The Production Intern will have an opportunity to support the day-to-day operations for our team as we work to bring our artists' stories to life through film and TV.
Timing: Feb 2026 - May 2026
Weekly Schedule: Onsite 2-3 days a week (up to 20 hours per week)
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
* Assist producers and coordinators throughout all phases of prep, production, and post-production.
* Conduct research on venues, talent, and logistics to support upcoming and potential shoots.
* Support rights, clearances, and deliverables tracking in coordination with the post-production team.
* Assist with basic budgeting tasks, cost tracking, and maintaining up-to-date production records.
* Organize, label, and maintain production and development documentation within the G Drive system.
* Attend production and post-production meetings, take detailed notes, and track action items.
* Support festival and screening preparation, including submissions, schedules, documentation, and event logistics.
* Provide general production assistance as needed; may include occasional opportunities to visit set or assist as a production assistant.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
* Enrollment in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university with rising Junior, Senior, or recent graduate standing preferred
* Pursuing a degree in the Film industry - Production or related field is preferred
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Interest in film, production, or studio operations
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Google Workspace experience preferred
* Strong communication and note-taking abilities
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
* End-to-End Production Workflow - Gain hands-on experience supporting all phases of prep, production, and post-production for film and TV projects.
* Industry Tools & Best Practices - Learn how to manage production documentation, budgeting basics, and rights/clearances tracking using professional studio systems.
* Collaboration in a Creative Environment - Understand how producers, coordinators, and artists work together to bring stories to life, with exposure to meetings, screenings, and occasional set visits.
