Our summer internships will last for approximately 10 weeks this summer and start in the beginning of June.

The Global HR Information Systems team serves as the primary administrators for our HR Technology applications on a global scale. They play a pivotal role in the management of HR Information Systems, overseeing tasks that span from employee support, configuration, testing and deployment. As part of this team, you will contribute to the daily operations, offering support to HRIS Analysts in their day to day work. Beside this you can work on a project based on your skills and interest.

What You'll Do

* Build simple configurations in Workday, quality assure and maintain HR system functionality to meet business requirements
* Support HRIS related initiatives from an Employee Life Cycle perspective, such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence Management and Offboarding
* Partner with HRIS analysts and support our business stakeholders in ongoing improvement projects
* Handle system related queries raised by our employees in accordance with agreed service levels, through to resolution
* Design and operate processes and procedures to keep our environment in healthy shape and aligned with needed control frameworks
* Improve your own as well as our common ways of working in candid and passionate collaboration with your team

Who You Are

* You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in HR Management, IT/System Administration, or similar field
* You have a graduation year of 2025
* You currently have valid work authorization to work in the country in which this role is based that will extend from June to August 2024
* You are available from June to August 2024 to participate in the summer internship
* You have a genuine interest in learning HR lifecycle processes
* You might have some experience or enjoy working with backend of systems or coding or equivalent service-oriented area
* You are 100% service minded and enjoy interacting with people. A lot of our employees will know you and will need your help in various matters, therefore keeping your head cool and a good structure is essential.

* This role will require you to work out of our New York City Office

The United States hourly rate for this position is $32 USD per hour plus a one time intern stipend of $2,253 USD and is overtime eligible. This rate may be modified in the future. The role is eligible for select benefits such as Paid Public Holidays, Free (COMPANY NAME) Premium, and Learning and Development Trainings.

Our paid summer internships last for approximately 10 weeks and start at the beginning of June. The last day to apply is March 15th 2024 at 9 AM ET.
