[Internship] Accounting Intern

Job Description

* Coordinate with GS team (Global Accounting Service) to cross check and follow up Payment requisition to process.
* Archiving documents : filling documents, Debit advice, Credit advice, Bank statement, withholding Tax Certificate,...
* Updating Exchange rate daily + Coordinate with internal audit.
* Coordinate with Controlling team to build Debit note.
* Assist in all accounting system and verify Documents and invoices with systerm data.
* Other tasks assigned by Manager

Ihr Profil:

Qualifications

* 4th year student major in Finance/Accounting/Auditing.
* Good at English 4 skill (write, read, listen, speak) Proficiency in MS (Word, Excel, Power point...) in required.
* Good soft skills: communication/presentation/interpersonal/teamwork.
* Being details oriented and able to work under pressure.
* Dynamic, enthusiastic, high sense of responsibility, integrity with "can do" attitude.
* Comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment.
* Having good interpersonal skills and commitment to the accounting profession.
* Able to issue Letter of Recommendation from University
