Cost & Contract Intern (6 months)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Support Cost & Contract Team on Administration and Documentation:
* Assisting the department in organizing and maintaining cost and contract documents.
* Assisting with Request for Proposal/ quotation documentation and filing.
* Assisting in collecting and compiling vendor information for Pre- qualification exercise and background checks.
* Assisting the team in preparing and maintaining tender and consultancy package records.

2. Support Cost & Contract Team on Cost Management Activities:
* Assisting in quantity take-off and measurement for selected quotation packages.
* Assisting in checking quotations and compiling cost comparison information.
* Assisting in preparing simple cost studies and benchmarking exercises.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Senior students from a college or university majoring in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Available for a full-time internship for 6 months; eligible to obtain an Internship Recommendation Letter from the university
* Strong command of written and reading English.
