Job Description

* Support project managers to collect inputs for the project planning, organizing and coordination of various activities in the automotive product development enterprise.
* Support project management in various activities during project execution, such as integration management, configuration management, time management.
* Helps track and document completion of work plan activities
* Collects data and perform analysis to assist in preparing project progress reports and performance metrics.
* Support regular status tracking and prepare monthly report of project cost management.
* Collects input and prepare the improvement plan for existing internal project management tools

Ihr Profil:

Qualifications

* University student majoring in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics), Industrial Management or Business Administration.
* Very good communication and presentation skills.
* Very good knowledge of English language in spoken and written form.
* Analytical and proactive working with a high sense of responsibility.
* Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & MS Project)
* Open minded, dynamic personality with the joy of working independently in an international environment coupled with a great willingness to learn
