I had an extremely positive experience. You have to be prepared for very challenging situations, but if faced with the right approach they teach you a lot both when you get it right and when you get it wrong.
The working atmosphere is very hectic, but in spite of this, people are extremely close, even beyond the work.
Pros: You learn a lot in a pleasant working atmosphere
Cons: Predetermined career ladder every 2/3 years, even if you do a lot in the first step you cannot skip the next one
The coding part was awesome. And the tension we go through each time when we run a program to see the output was like waiting for exam results to improve the code as well as ourselvees.
