We are seeking a motivated and Junior Professional to join our dynamic team in Berlin. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the development and enhancement of governance structures and support the ongoing transformation of our Central Northern Europe (CNE) operations.

We'll look to you for

* Prepare workshops for our DoA simplification program

* Create and maintain policies, processes, and templates

* Prepare and follow up on steering committee meetings

* Assist with compliance and risk management topics

* monitor KPIs and support reporting
