Process Excellence Coordinator - VIE Contract
* Location: Hungary, Budapest
* Target start date: 01/11/2026

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About the job

As Process Excellence Coordinator VIE within our Regulatory Affairs team, you will support the Business Process Excellence Manager and the Excellence & Transformation team in Budapest, contributing to process design, continuous improvement coordination, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) mapping, and governance activities across both global and local initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, structured, and eager to learn, you will be guided and mentored throughout, progressively taking on more responsibility as you grow in the role. You don't need to have all the answers on day one; you need the drive to find them.

Main responsibilities:
* Support the Business Process Excellence Manager and Business and Global Process Specialists in mapping, documenting, and standardizing business processes.
* Help maintain and update process documentation, ensuring it is clear, accurate, and up to date.
* Support the mapping of global KPIs to business processes, helping to assess whether they reflect performance or compliance impact.
* Help categorize KPIs by performance, compliance, quality, cycle time, workload, and stakeholder experience.
* Support the organization and coordination of Continuous Improvement (CI) governance activities at both global and local levels.
* Help prepare and distribute regular CI status updates, reports, and progress dashboards for leadership and key stakeholders.

* Provide coordination and logistical support to the Excellence & Transformation team.

About you

Experience:
* Internship, academic project, or extracurricular experience involving coordination, data analysis, process mapping, or project support is an advantage.
* Exposure to Continuous Improvement (CI) concepts (even at academic level) is a plus.
* Basic familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (Power BI, or similar) is an advantage, but not required.

Soft and technical skills:
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
* Openness to learn process management tools such as Signavio and project tracking tools such as Jira.
* Comfortable working with trackers, action logs, and structured documents.
* Structured & Organized: You like things to be clear, well-documented, and properly followed up.
* Curious & Analytical: You enjoy understanding how things work and looking for ways to improve them.
* Collaborative: You work well with others and are comfortable interacting with different teams and stakeholders.
* Communicative: You express yourself clearly in English, both in writing and verbally.
* Proactive & Eager to Learn: You take initiative, ask questions, and are motivated to grow.
* Digitally Minded: You are comfortable with digital tools and open to exploring new technologies.
* Data-Friendly: You are comfortable working with data, metrics, and basic reporting tasks.

Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Process Management, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or a related field.

Languages:
* Fluent English (verbal and written).
