Why this role is important to us
The role is within the Management Company Services team. This team is managing and coordinating all activities for Funds where Amundi Ireland is the Management Company. This team is currently responsible for EUR65bn of assets in 80+ funds with additional funds being added in 2024. The team ensure that all regulatory requirements relating to these funds are complied with including oversight of Investment Managers, Distributors and Fund Accountants/Depositories. This is a growth activity for Amundi Ireland and we require this role to meet the needs of the expanding business and increased dealings with all stakeholders.

What you will be responsible for

List key responsibilities & job duties

· Supporting all central management company services activities for Irish domiciled funds
· Interaction with companies where Amundi Ireland have delegated specific activities i.e. investment management, distribution and fund administration
· Involvement in the product development process for new funds that are launched which can be across all actively managed asset classes and ETF business lines
· Coordination and review of the reports received by Amundi Ireland from delegates which are provided on a monthly and quarterly basis
· Interaction with the Designated Person Functions for the management company for Fund Risk, Regulatory Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, Investments and Capital and Financial Management
· Liaison with Administrators and Auditors with regard to audit of the Funds Annual Financial Reports and required inputs.
· Support in the preparation and filing of regulatory reports.
· Assist in the Service Management of delegated administration service providers, and the resolution of service issues.
