Context
Towards a step-change of operations performance and go from a "very good" to a "truly outstanding" company, the Operations function is also undergoing changes. The quality is a prerequisite to all these changes.

Purpose of the apprenticeship :
We are looking for a quality engineer apprentice to join the Quality and Compliance team for a one-year contract. This is a good opportunity to gain experience in quality management in a fast-moving context.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to

* Deployment of new Quality IT tools within affiliates.
* Support the quality manager on quality culture plan design and deployment
* Harmonization of quality control practices of the group
* Review & update the quality documentation and reports
* Support synthesis of quality audits results in Power BI
* Support the analyses of complaints data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Collaboration with the quality and compliance team to drive quality initiatives and projects

* You are fluent in English and French.
* You have strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
