We are looking for apprentice to join our Marketing Technology team. You will work closely with business stakeholders at the headquarters of an international organization in Issy-les-Moulineaux. Your daily activities will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues, researching and implementing solutions, and collaborating with both global and local stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of technology initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

* Manage data flows and integrations across our key platforms and tools, including: Qualtrics, Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, Talent, SQL, Python, and Excel
* Provide support to platform admins in more than 40 countries on issues related to data management and system integrations.
* Help design and develop monitoring solutions for the Qualtrics platform.
* Proactively monitor the Qualtrics environment to identify, prevent, and anticipate potential issues.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes and integration solutions.

Person specification
* Looking for an apprenticeship contract related to a Master degree in Data, Tech
* Eager to learn new tools and technologies and propose innovative solutions.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Languages:
* French (required)
* English (required)
* Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Java, and APIs is mandatory.
* Familiarity with Talend, Salesforce, Qualtrics, and Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
* Understanding of sales and marketing processes is a plus.
* Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
