Job Description

You will join our Retail France Asset Management team, which is looking for a Retail AM Real Estate Analyst for a 1-year or longer apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main missions will be:
* Participate in discussions aimed at developing the asset management strategy for the assets;
* Involve yourself in the preparation of Business Plans;
* Involve yourself in the preparation and review of expert valuations;
* Under the supervision of the Asset Manager, participate in the sales process by preparing data rooms, analyzing indicative offer letters, setting up the due diligence process, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders;
* Improve the availability and integrity of data (rental situation, vacancy, environmental data);
* Control expense reports (ADB) and financial flows (fees, charges, construction plan, expense reimbursements);
* Lead the annual budget campaign and monitor the budget for each asset in its portfolio;
* Participate in the standardization and automation of reports for accounting and FM;
* Control and validate monthly or quarterly reporting statements related to rental management.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student with a BAC+4/5 level, pursuing a degree in real estate asset management (Business School, university) or similar.
You possess a strong capacity for autonomy, analysis, and foresight.
You demonstrate intellectual curiosity and initiative in managing assigned tasks.
You have solid accounting and financial knowledge and maintain continuous awareness of real estate market news.
You are perfectly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
