Your Missions
The apprentice will work within the field of photoprotection. The main objective is to assist in the integration of data across the different stages of the new sun care strategy. This includes the management, monitoring, and leveraging of data to support product claims through the use of advanced visualization tools.
Main Missions:
1. Data Analytics & Leveraging
* Develop monitoring dashboards to drive the progress of the sun care strategy in real-time.
* Extract actionable insights from raw data to support strategic decision-making.
* Identify correlations between formulation data and performance test results.
2. Data Valuation for Claims (Business Support)
* Transform analysis results into robust scientific evidence to substantiate product claims.
* Create synthesis tools to quickly link technical results to marketing claim opportunities (e.g., water resistance, long-lasting protection, respect for ecosystems).
* Ensure data compliance with regulatory requirements and the Group's evidence and substantiation standards.
3. Change Management & Continuous Improvement
* Draft best practice guides on data management for internal users.
* Propose continuous optimization paths for monitoring tools and processes
Skills you will develop in this role: Scientific project management, strategic analysis of sustainable innovations, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary partners.
Your Profile
* You are a Master's student (Year 4/5) at a university or engineering school (specializing in Cosmetic / Clinic / Data / Quality), looking for a one-year apprenticeship.
* You are able to provide an apprenticeship or professionalization contract issued by a training organization.
* You are fluent in English and French.
* You are proficient in marketing project management (360° activations, collateral development, etc.), content production (agency management, pre/post-production follow-up, writing and translating product pages), event organization, and you are comfortable with the Office Pack (notably Excel and PowerPoint).
* You have strong analytical and synthesis skills, are creative and proactive, excellent in communication (briefs, relationships, presentations), organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
