Business Development Apprentice (m/f/d)

Job Description:

Within the Sales Department, you will participate in the missions of a team of 4 people, who will support you in prospecting actions and skills development. You will participate in the generation of new business opportunities, via various contact channels (telephone, emails, LinkedIn,...) and will interact with interlocutors in France and internationally (mainly Germany). Main missions:

➢ Commercial prospecting and customer knowledge
* Identify new prospects via our internal tools or via targeted research (CRM database, LinkedIn, specialized sites, etc.).
* Conduct multi-channel prospecting actions: telephone, email, LinkedIn. Support and skills development on B2B prospecting techniques.
* Write personalized messages addressed to prospects.
* Qualify opportunities and ensure their reporting in our CRM.
* Build contact lists/account mapping. * Participate in customer meetings.
* Participate in the construction of responses to tenders.
* Research, collect and share information and news internally, especially with international teams, in order to adapt or enrich commercial messages.
* Participate from time to time in exchanges with our teams and partners abroad (Germany mainly).
* Conduct a market/competitive intelligence.

➢ Participation in trade shows and professional events
* Participate in the preparation and organization of attendance at trade shows (making contacts, invitations, reminders).
* Participate in prospecting and networking operations on site.
* Ensure post-event follow-up with identified contacts.

➢ Marketing
* In support of the Sales team and in collaboration with the Marketing team, participate in the writing of LinkedIn posts (company page + Sales team accounts).
* Offer personalized campaigns and messages according to the profile of prospects and the challenges identified.
* Participate in the creation of content, including mini-storytelling and short messages. Other missions may be assigned to you depending on the needs of the service and your skills
