Für unseren Standort in Leipzig suchen wir für das Jahr 2026 einen Auszubildenden (m/w/d) zum Kaufmann / Kauffrau für Spedition- und Logistikdienstleistung - Start zum 01. August 2026.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Kaufmann/ Kauffrau für Spedition- und Logistikdienstleistung bist Du für die nationale und internationale Organisation des Versands von Waren und Gütern, den Warenumschlag und die Warenlagerung zuständig. Du steuerst und überwachst das Zusammenwirken aller Personen und Einrichtungen, die an der jeweiligen Logistikkette beteiligt sind. Um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu ermöglichen, wählst Du geeignete Fahrstrecken und Transportmittel aus und erarbeitest Terminpläne. Du berätst und betreust unsere Kunden bei allen zentralen Fragestellungen, arbeitest individuelle Angebote aus und bereitest Verträge vor. Zudem bearbeitest du Zollaufträge aus dem Import- und Export-Bereich.

Als ideale Voraussetzung bringst du mit

* Guter bis sehr guter Schulabschluss (mindestens mittlere Reife)

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Motivation und Lernbereitschaft

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Engagement und Eigeninitiative

* Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationsgeschick

* Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS-Office

* Deutschkenntnisse mindestens auf B2-Niveau
