Job Description:

Summary of the Position:

Alcon is looking to hire HRHC Apprentice.

Key Responsibilities:

* Excellent communication in English language.
* Calls and Chats support.
* Workday tool.
* General Human Resources includes work across multiple areas of HR including:
* General HR
* Records maintenance of Employee hiring, onboarding, termination.
* Rewards program coordination and/or administration.
* Relocation services (domestic and international).
* HR related training in some organizations, General HR may also be accountable for some or all of the following:
* Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:

Languages: Fluent in English.
Education: Bachelor's degree.

Experience/Professional Requirement:
* Freshers
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Shift: Night shift - 6 pm to 3 am

Work from office - Hebbal, Bangalore Location.
