We are looking for a CRM Sales Professional who will be trained for 2 years as an apprentice in Milan within the Digital Industries area.

Your Challenge
As an Apprentice CRM Sales Professional some of your main activities will be:
* Supporting the Sales teams in the correct management of Leads, Accounts, Opportunities, and activities within the Siemens CRM
* Acting as first-level support for operational questions related to CRM usage and sales processes
* Monitoring CRM data quality and completeness (pipeline, forecast, customer master data)
* Supporting the preparation and update of CRM reports and dashboards for management and Sales Managers
* Identifying data inconsistencies and propose corrective actions
* Supporting CRM adoption initiatives (training sessions, operational materials, quick guides)
* Collaborating on communication and community initiatives for Siemens Sales Champions (e.g., CRM Corner, Q&A sessions)
* Collecting feedback from users to improve processes and tools
* Collaborating with the Strategy Planning & Operations team on:
* pipeline and forecast monitoring
* sales planning support
* sales process improvement initiatives
* Contributing to continuous improvement and sales digitalization projects

Required entry qualifications:
* You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
* You are fresh graduate in Management, Management Engineering, or related fields
* You have excellent command of Italian language as well as English
* Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to tasks and challenges
* Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment
* Passion for continuous learning and personal development
* Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge
* Proactive spirit and desire to grow in an international and multidisciplinary environment
* Eligibility to work in Italy
