Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Administrator to join our team, working within a range of different functions at our UK Logistics Centre in Daventry, Northamptonshire. During your apprenticeship with us, you will learn how a major global organisation operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!
Summary of the course:
The Logistics Operations Apprentice role is a developmental position within UKLC, offering experience across functions such as Facilities, Finance, Continuous Improvement and Quality. The role is to be onsite 5 days per week (7.5 hours per day) with 1 study day per month at Northampton College, leading to a Business Administrator Level 3 qualification with the opportunity to progress to Level 4.

To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Obtained equivalent of GCSEs in Math's, English and IT grade 4/C or above, all other subjects at grade 4/C or above and have been a UK resident for 3 years or above.
* Strong communication, interpersonal skills, Adaptability and willingness to learn across different departments
* Ability to use initiative, solve problems, Professionalism and a positive attitude

* Supporting quality and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes.
* Using IT systems and data to track performance, maintain records, and support decision making.
* Assisting with projects and cross-functional activities that improve operational efficiency
