About The Role
The Mechatronicsand Robotics Apprenticeship program offers anextensive paid training in the Maintenance Technical field. Participantsseeking an exciting career as a Maintenance or Controls Technician gainvaluable skills through a combination of 9 weeks of classroominstruction and on-the-job learning that prepares them to join ouraccount for a world-class leader.
What You'll Do
* Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all material handling equipment, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
* Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
* Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
* Track and store department inventory.
* Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members.
* Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
What You'll Need
* Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to all material handling equipment, including belts, motors, photo-eyes, relays, and more.
* Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
* Complete and properly document preventative maintenance routines.
* Track and store department inventory.

Preferred Qualifications
* Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
* Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is $40,560 annually [or $19.50 per hour] and the maximum salary for the position is $60,216 annually [or $28.95 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience
