Bank Executive Trainee - Talent Acquisition

Job Description:

Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, particularly for the Bank's Executive Trainee Program. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and employer branding activities.
* Support end-to-end recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination for the Bank's Executive Trainee Program * Prepare and organize recruitment documentation (e.g., employment letters, contracts, reports, etc.) to ensure completeness and compliance * Support employer branding initiatives, including participation in career fairs and campus engagement activities * Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager

Candidate Requirements:

* Fresh graduates or final-year university students in the fields of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Finance & Banking, or related disciplines * Good command of English, both spoken and written * Good computer literacy * Good multitasking and time management skills * Energetic, positive mindset with a strong learning attitude * Highly passionate with strong commitment * Prior experience is not required
