Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support business, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager/corresponding leader. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and participating in the local Trainee Program.

This role is contributing to the EL Smart power business in Xiamen China

You will be mainly accountable for:
* 解锁N种可能性：12个月内，深度了解MNS低压开关柜运营全流程，经历数次轮岗，全面参与项目投标，工程设计，智能制造，质量管理，用真实项目验证你的兴趣方向，拒绝「流水线式」成长。
* 双倍经验加成：资深导师1v1陪跑，定期掉落「职场秘籍」--从技术难点到跨部门沟通全攻略， 全方位支持加速成长，助力成为行业精英。

Qualifications for the role
* 电气/机械专业，2年及以下工作经验。
* 拥有良好的沟通能力，能够自信地用英文开麦。
