As a Finance Graduate at Red Bull Japan, you will gain hands on experience across Accounting and Controlling, supporting the financial backbone of the business. From day one, you'll work with experienced finance professionals, contribute to real business decisions, and develop a strong understanding of how financial insight enables growth across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
This role is designed for analytical, curious graduates who want to build a strong finance foundation while acting as a true business partner in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

Support monthly closing activities and day-to-day accounting operations. Build a solid understanding of financial reporting, bookkeeping principles, and compliance within an international business environment.

Controlling & Business Partnering

Work alongside Controllers to analyze financial performance, compare actuals versus budget, and support decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Financial Analysis & Insights

Assist with financial analysis, reporting, and due diligence to evaluate investments, initiatives, and business ideas from a return-on-investment perspective.

Planning & Forecasting

Contribute to business planning, forecasts, and revised estimates, gaining exposure to how strategic and financial planning come together in a dynamic organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, developing strong communication skills and a holistic understanding of Red Bull Japan's business.

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
