Position: Retail Performance & Learning Intern - join the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program
In this position you will be part of the Retail team of the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton luxury retail world in the Brussels-based head office. This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent. Reporting to the Retail Performance Coordinator and Learning Manager, you will support both departments in enhancing the performance and development of our 14 stores across 8 countries.
Profile: Bachelor's or Master's student in Business, Human Resources, Retail Management, or a related field. Strong command of English; knowledge of a regional language (Dutch, French, Nordic languages, or Polish) is an advantage. Excellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI is a plus. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proactive, service-minded, and people-oriented with a team player attitude. Demonstrated sense of ownership, curiosity, and willingness to learn
