Essa pessoa vai auxiliar a equipe nas atividades operacionais diárias, visando seu desenvolvimento e crescimento profissional, além da interação com os demais times.

Principais Responsabilidades
* Atendimento ao Cliente;
* Foco na melhoria contínua;
* Acompanhar as demandas solicitadas pelo time de Customer Service;
* Ser a ponte entre o Time de Customer Service e as demais áreas internas da Empresa;
* Ter responsabilidade com prazos;
* Envio de relatórios diários aos clientes, quando necessário;
* Aprovação de faturamento com o cliente/ Envio de Faturamento para Analista de Faturamento.
* Controle de saídas da planta (revisão da planilha da planta de Card Body)
* Protocolos de processo de auditoria.
* Criação de Order Itens.

Qualificações
* Cursando Ensino Superior.
* Inglês avançado.
* Pacote Office básico.
