Delivery Experience Operations Intern - Brazil

1. Support the analysis of delivery experience metrics, including late deliveries, cancellations, and damaged orders. 2. Maintain regular reports and identify unusual trends and improvement opportunities. 3. Review delivery issues using order records, delivery routes, and communication logs. 4. Document what happened, identify potential causes, recommend improvements, and maintain a case library. 5. Conduct interviews, surveys, and regular conversations with couriers to understand challenges in order acceptance, pickup, delivery, and exception handling. 6. Summarize feedback and identify recurring issues. 7. Assist with strategy pilots, courier communications, and performance tracking. 8. Work with partner teams to resolve issues and document progress and operational feedback

Candidate Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 2. Basic analytical skills and proficiency in SQL for data filtering, aggregation, and simple joins. 3. Strong logical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to investigate issues using data and case evidence and communicate findings clearly. 4. Strong listening and communication skills, and a willingness to engage directly with couriers to understand their day-to-day experience. 5. A proactive learner with a strong sense of ownership, reliable follow-through, and the ability to collaborate across teams. 6. English proficiency sufficient for basic workplace communication and reading work-related materials
