Job Description:
Program Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
* Support onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth experience for new employees.
* Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Provide administrative support for HR projects, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives

* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related degree programme.
* Strong passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
* Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
* Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and high reliability.
* Proficiency in English; Mandarin, Cantonese are an advantage.
* Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
