HR Intern (12-month contract; part-time)

Job Description:

A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
* Assisting with Center of Excellence (CoE) tasks, such as employee sales training, campus recruitment (such as video editing, PPT slide preparation), and data management for total rewards team.
* Managing employee personal files, including filing and data entry.
* Supporting the receptionist duties when necessary.
* Assisting with ad hoc projects.

Requirements:
* Preferably Year 2 - 3 students, majoring in business or a related field.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT.
* Skilled in using Canva or other media editing tools.
* Strong interest in Human Resources.

Work schedule: At least 2 days per week, with the flexibility to work additional days during the summer as needed.
