Job Family Description - HR Operations:
Acts as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, HR Business Partners and external partners. Provides daily HR activities and administrative support to our employees while conforming to labor laws.

Requirements
* Current undergraduate or postgraduate student, major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Administration Management or related fields is preferred; prior HR internship experience is a plus.
* Proficient in basic office tools including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; skilled in data compilation and basic data analysis. Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication skills and strong execution ability.
* Keen interest in human resources practice with basic knowledge of core HR modules such as recruitment, C&B and L&D. Possess basic business awareness, quick to adapt to team working rhythm and take initiative at work.
* Available to work 3-5 days per week with stable attendance preferred. Able to work under pressure, eager to learn and actively participate in HR function transformation related supportive tasks.
