Job Overview
The Human Resources team is looking for a Human Resources Intern based in the Shanghai Hub Office. Ideal candidates should be able to commit to at least 6 months, working 4-5 full days per week (onsite), to gain in-depth experience. The expected start date is mid-July 2026. An internship allowance will be provided; however, housing will not be included.
Key Responsibilities
Talent
* Support full-cycle recruitment, including resume screening, candidate communication, and interview scheduling
* Assist with WeChat content creation and promotional campaigns
* Maintain and update internal systems
Learning
* Assist in organizing training programs, including preparation of materials
* Translate related content as needed
* Support training file management and feedback collection
Administration
* Provide daily HR administrative support, including expense reimbursement
* Assist in preparing HR correspondence, contracts, PPT decks, and meeting materials
* Support ad hoc tasks as assigned
Candidate Requirements:
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Hospitality, HR, or related fields preferred
* Familiarity with mainstream AI tools and ability to apply them in daily work
* Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong communication skills
* Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
