Market Research Internship

Job Description:

Introduction
* Location: Shanghai
* Internship duration: Starting anytime for at least 6 months
* Work arrangement: At least 2-3 days per week

Your assignment
* Systematically collect, structure, and summarize external information related to China's semiconductor and technology ecosystem
* Prepare structured summaries of publicly disclosed earnings materials of ecosystem companies, highlighting key messages, data points, and China-relevant implications using predefined templates and AI tools
* Support the production of regular market newsletters by continuously scanning external sources and curating relevant insights
* Review externally sourced industry databases and prepare a weekly digest of China-relevant insights
* Conduct AI-enabled desktop research on specific market, industry, or macro topics

Your profile
* Year 3/4 undergraduate or Master's student in engineering, microelectronics, data science, finance, economics, or other STEM / quantitative-related disciplines
* Strong analytical mindset; able to process large volumes of information with attention to detail
* Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate information synthesis with structured templates
* Strong interest in business, technology and the semiconductor industry
* Prior exposure to equity research, consulting, strategy, or market research is a plus
