Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS
You join the Asset Services Management team as part of the Expertise team, which consists of 3 employees for one Six-month internship from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Real Estate Appraisals Campaign (quarterly / half-yearly frequency depending on the managed companies):
* Gathering information;
* Organization of meetings;
* Analysis of expertise value projects;
* Active participation in expert meetings with external real estate experts and asset managers (and fund managers), with the drafting of a report;
* Monitoring and validation of values and drafting valuation notes.
* Asset Management Activity Reporting: monitoring of key indicators.
