Join Our Early Careers Program
Join our Early Careers Programme and gain hands-on experience within our Human Resources function. This internship is based in Grasse and offers a unique opportunity to develop practical HR and payroll skills while contributing to meaningful, real business activities.
Description and Responsibilities:
As an HR Intern, you will support the local HR team with a range of operational and administrative activities, including:
* Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes and HR documentation
* Assisting with maintaining employee records in HR systems
* Supporting payroll data preparation (e.g. absences, overtime, leave)
* Assisting with HR reporting and data checks
* Supporting training coordination, registrations, and record maintenance
* Responding to employee HR-related queries
* Assisting with internal HR communications and documentation
* Supporting the documentation of HR processes, including helping to update and organise process descriptions and procedures

What we are Looking for:
* Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related degree
* Fluent in English and French
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Interest in HR operations and learning through hands-on experience
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
