Job Description:

Eiffage Construction intègre les métiers complémentaires de l'aménagement urbain, la promotion immobilière, la construction, la maintenance et les travaux services. L'entreprise est fortement implantée en France à travers ses 9 directions régionales, ainsi qu'en Belgique, au Luxembourg, au Portugal, en Suisse et en Pologne.

MISSIONS

UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:

* Participate in the implementation and follow-up of the assessment/summary of HR development actions within your scope (training plan, interviews, recruitment actions, professional integration).

Training:
* Organize the training action logistics (start/end of the training day)
* Monitor on-the-spot and delayed assessments
* Participate in the preparation of training financing files (OPCA reimbursement requests)

Recruitment:
* Help with the drafting of job advertisements/job profiles
* Search for and preselect applicants (library of résumés, telephone interviews, etc.)
* Take part in recruitment forums (professional, school, other)

Career management:
* Take part in employee onboarding (preparation and facilitation of the seminar)
* Monitor the ends of trial periods
* Monitor geographic and/or functional mobility requests

JOB REQUIREMENTS

. REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION: 2 years' higher education (BTS / DUT diploma) or a 3-year degree
. FIELDS OF STUDY: Human Resources - Administrative management
. REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Recent graduate
