Your missions
As a member of the HR Controlling team, you will contribute to driving HR performance and support the HR and Finance teams in their decision-making process. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Payroll management:Participatein monitoring and analyzing personnel costs (salaries, social charges, bonuses, etc.) compared to the budget.
* Reporting & HR KPIs: Produce monthly scorecards (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, gender parity, diversity, etc.) for HR Business Partners and Finance teams
* Budgetary process: Contribute to Plan and Trend campaigns toanticipatefuture recruitment needs
* HR Analytics: Leverage HR data using Excel, Power BI, or SAP toidentifytrends and formulate recommendations

* Social audits: Ensure HR data reliability and compliance with Group policies

Your profile
* You are currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program (business school, IAE, or university) looking for a gap-year or final-year internship with a strong analytical specialization in Management Control, Finance, or Human Resources
* Fluent in English and French
* Excellent mastery of Excel
* Strong affinity for Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
* Enthusiasm for data analysis
